One year after the completion of the House of the People, an application was submitted in 1928 to build a bandstand in the building's park. Franz Itting intended to transform the open space from a purely sports ground into a multifunctional park by constructing the concert hall.

The entire House of the People is a really remarkable building. Very well restored. This concert hall is in the garden and the best way to get there is via the visitor park/car park. As everywhere on the site, there is also a lot of information about the house hanging out here.
