A stair tower is integrated into the facade of the Hôtel Dammartin. The Hôtel Dampmartin once belonged to a merchant who became the city's consul. The Hotel Pontanel on Rue Saint Étienne stands out for its 17th-century diamond-tipped stone portal in the style of Louis 13th. The doors of the same period are decorated with large diamond points cut from the wood

Only the stair tower and the adjacent decorations remain of the façade. The courtyard forms a trapezium, the four sides of which are approximately equal, pierced by two windows on both floors above the ground floor, the first being the nobility floor. There must have been a ground floor in the same style, of which only the Corinthian entablature remains today.
