The water tower is 23 meters high. Designed by Amsterdam architect FA Werners in 1916 in the dunes north of Noordwijk. Square cross-section with beveled corners. It was also intended as a watchtower and therefore has an internal staircase. It could be built relatively low because it was built on a high dune. See routiq.com
