Mountain biking
Quite well marked from the beginning when you swim the water and starts to climb up to the trail. Partly by the road, mostly along a forest road. Most of the way is through the forest, that is, in the summer, pleasant to the shade. A couple of parts are slightly steeper, but otherwise very moderate ascent.
