The hot springs of Bagno Vignoni are hyperthermal and rich in sulphates, bicarbonates, alkalis and minerals. They emerge at a temperature of about 49°C, making them the hottest in all of Tuscany. These springs were already valued in Roman times for their medicinal properties.
Although you are not allowed to swim in the large pool in the village square, you can enjoy the hot springs in the Parco dei Mulini, where you have free access to natural hot water.
