The Zabok reservoir is an infrastructural building with a control center for water distribution in the Zagorje area and a laboratory. It is located on a hill in the contact zone of the city center and the belt of Zabok slopes occupied by family construction. The client, Zagorski vodovod, initially had the idea to expand the planned reservoir program, not only in technical terms, but also programmatically, with additional opportunities to use the reservoir space to promote and present their activities, drinking water management. This effort was complemented by the desire to design this important infrastructural building in order to create a new visual identity of the space away from the mere solution of water supply requirements.
