The capitular basilica and famous collegiate church of Santa Maria ad Nives is the parish church of Cuglieri. The temple dominates the inhabited center from the top of the Bardosu hill, on which it stands, preceded by a panoramic square. It was the first religious building in Sardinia to receive the title of minor basilica.
