The Jakobsweg Main-Taubertal is with its nine stages a about 183 kilometers long, mostly in the Main-Tauber-Kreis in Baden-Württemberg and partly in the districts of Miltenberg (start) and Ansbach (destination) in Bavaria running branch of the German Way of St. James route.

The path is part of the old escort road to Miltenberg, before the roads in the valley were expanded until around the middle of the 18th century. At the beginning of the 19th century, limestone was mined there, and the remains of a quarry and a bunker for explosives are still preserved.
