The Dietershaner Backhaus, built in 1915, and the fountain used to be fixed points of contact for general supplies. Back then, people baked here up to three times a day. For the village anniversary, "850 years of Dietershan", in 2015, the bakery could also look back on a 100-year tradition.
After it had not been used for many years in the meantime, committed Dietershan citizens and the local advisory board carried out the complete renovation in 2007. Since then, bread and Zwibbelsplotz have been baked here again on various occasions.translated by
