The palace garden consists of several parts: the palace and orangery terrace, the former bosquet garden and the large Fontaine fountain. The palace garden is enclosed but freely accessible and is just as popular with locals as it is with tourists. The flower beds are prepared several times a year in seasonal alternation.

Open Tues-Sun from 10 am to 5 pm, The Baroque Fulda City Palace was built between 1706 and 1714 by Johann Dientzenhofer as the residence of the Fulda prince abbot and later the Prince-Bishops.
