Mountain biking
Especially the key point at the cave is extremely demanding. Of course you can cut the serpentines with the very steep stitch, but this is technically not the performance to tell.
The key point has such tight serpentines, in addition to smooth sandstones, roots, sandy soil, branches and foliage, that you actually had to "roll through" the serpentine on the front wheel. A real challenge! Have 4 attempts needed to fit!
