In his colorful herb garden, Michel Schneider from the Kräuteralpe shows that many plants can still thrive at an altitude of 1,300 m if you know them well and know what they need to grow. Great Albgasthaus. Delicious food. Also overnight possible.
The Hochhäderich and Hochmoorgebiet is one of the most beautiful high valleys I know. Many hiking trails and MTB possibilities.
A trip there is worthwhile.
