This heath area got its name from countless anthills that run through it like a sea of hills. The ant population includes more than 22 different species. Yellow meadow ants make up the largest proportion.
Unfortunately, there are no animals to be seen during the cold season or in wet and cold weather.
You can easily get to this place by trekking bike. A "meadow path" leads past there.
