The Eselsburger Valley, a nature reserve, is always worth a visit. The Brenz River winds its way through this beautiful valley. We drove through it earlier this morning. There was hardly anything going on on our section. So, we didn't take the paved road.

Hohenstaufen Castle Ruins, Hohenrechberg Castle Ruins, and Staufeneck Castle. At Hohenstaufen, only a few walls remain. But at the others, there's still plenty to marvel at. At Staufeneck Castle, you can even climb the tower.
