This pond is only a few hundred meters away from the "Deininger Weiher" (which it strongly reminds me of): embedded between fields and forest, meadows, forests and a bit of reeds around it. and accordingly the flora and fauna. Reeds e.g. or currently (May) e.g. the marsh iris, various species of dragonflies, frogs, lots of fish.
