Frizzon locality

Frizzon (Fàrson in Enego dialect) is a town a few kilometers from the center of Enego. An ancient district once inhabited is now semi-deserted (except in summer). Characteristic for its houses in the locality of "Tana" with pitched roofs in absolute Austrian style is the natural border with Trentino. From this place you can rediscover different destinations, starting from the path of the Cippi, the border traced in the year 1752 that delimited the territory between the Hapsburg Empire and the Republic of Venice. To visit the Ernesto Cave, with prehistoric hunting finds dated 5,000 / 8,000 BC. Utensils made of flint, deer and bear bones, products of the slaughter and conservation of animals.
