The bridge spans the very young Boka, which is only a little over a kilometer long and flows into the Soca. There is a parking lot at the bridge, which can be used as a starting point for hikes. There are marked hiking trails on both sides of the stream. From the bridge itself you have a view of the Boka Falls, which are just 30 meters after the source of the Boka. The waterfall is the highest in Slovenia and folds 106 meters to the first step. Very impressive. Despite the car traffic, the bridge is easy to walk due to the two-sided footpaths.
