This unimposing, dilapidated but charming palace traces its origin to the end of C18. Its claim to fame is that in May 1813 it hosted Napoleon Bonaparte on his way back from Russia. Unfortunately for the emperor during his brief stay a fire broke out and destroyed the carts with his personal effects, including (as is claimed) his wardrobe. After WWII the building probably hosted a state-owned collective farm and a school.
