Říp is a mythical mountain where, according to legend, the forefather of Bohemia came here, looked around the landscape and decided to settle here. Visible from afar, the mountain is of volcanic origin, the summit of which rose to a height of more than 1 kilometer above the level of the current summit. Today, Říp is greatly reduced by weathering. Tourists can visit the rotunda of St. George. from the 12th century.
