Old architecture and a few bars: behind the Steiner Tor begins the Obere Landstrasse, the pedestrian zone of Krems, which together with the Untere Landstrasse has formed the main axis of the old town of Krems since the Middle Ages - it leads to the Vienna Bridge with a length of around 700 m

The historic center of Stein's old town is completely preserved and well maintained. The stone paving is of course fine, but unfortunately not pleasant for racing bike tires!
