Church from 1757. Built on the foundation of Stanisław Oto Trąbczyński. In 1926, a turret was added, and in 1929 - 1930, a tower. Renovated in the 1970s.

In the church cemetery there is a cemetery chapel built in 1936-1938 (according to the register of monuments in 1930) in a style imitating early Romanesque buildings, intended for the tomb of the Lutomski family, the owners of Grzybów.

The church is oriented, log, with a narrower presbytery. The main nave is wider than the chancel. There was a barrel vault over the presbytery, and a flat vault over the nave - now the vault is unified over the whole. Rainbow beams are installed across the church. The roof is covered with shingles. There is a sacristy on the north side. In the 1920s, a turret with a copper roof was built, and in 1929-1930, a tower was built on the west side. On its ground floor, a porch was created, separated from the interior of the church by a door, which was later liquidated. There is a spiral staircase inside

      for choir.
