Best views over Albstadt-Ebingen and the valley to the Swiss Alps, including the ascent to the tower!
The Schlossfelsen vantage point is on the Taufgang Schlossfelsenpfad, the Traufgangerle Hexenküche and on the Alb-Gold Wadenbeißer MTB route in Albstadt at 958 meters above sea level. It can be reached on foot in 5 minutes from the Waldheim leisure area. On the leisure area there is, among other things, a wild boar enclosure, forest nature trail, playground, mini golf, climbing park and a place to stop for refreshments with a beer garden. Beautiful views of the valley and, when the weather is nice, even as far as the Swiss Alps can be caught.
The 24 m high observation tower erected there towers over the district of Ebingen and is always worth a visit. Climbing the tower is possible at any time.

Great views of Albstadt-Ebingen - only the weather at the weekend wasn't quite as ideal and this time the view wasn't possible as far as the Swiss Alps :D
