The church was built in the years 1760-1762. It consists of three parts clearly separated from the outside: the porch, the nave and the chancel. Covered with shingles and topped with a turret. Inside there are, among others three altars and a rococo pulpit from the 1860s.

Next to the church there is a wooden Marian chapel and a missionary cross with the only mission date: November 13-20, 1988. Next to the temple there are, among others:

wooden bell tower from the 19th century,
tombstone of teacher Władysław Hellwig (died October 24, 1890),
a papal stone from 2008 with a plaque reading: We will never let you go from our hearts,
tombstone of priest Zygmunt Tarka, parish priest of Kleszczewski (1922-1968),
tombstones of Wiktoria and Stanisław Lutomski (they both died in 1902).
