Generally, entry to the area is prohibited, everyone enters at their own risk.
In addition, there is ubiquitous mess, broken glass, the stench of urine and bums.
I don't know what people see in this place, and I wonder how you can turn it into a tourist facility and charge people for parking at private properties.
I generally advise against. I was disappointed and I will never be there again.
