Mountain biking
The basin was built between 1969 and 1981 and intended for the collection of water from the Naro river. The dam blocks the course of the river about 20 km from the mouth, and is located in Stretta del Molino San Giovanni. It is connected with the Furore dam, also in the territory of Naro and built by blocking the path of the Grancifone stream (or Burraito river), a tributary of the Naro river.
