Villa Crespi is a real castle, conceived as a set of neo-medieval architectural styles, characterized by turrets, mullioned windows and spires with the clear intention of emphasizing the role of modern "feudatory" of the village. Positioned next to the factory, it served as a fourteenth-century medieval manor house (1893 - 1894), with its tower, symbol of the power of the Crespi family.

The exposed brick facing, the stone decorations, the protruding cornices, the complex interweaving of balconies, loggias and the Ghibelline battlements are all elements that contribute to characterizing this unmistakable architecture.

Roberto Romano reports that at the beginning of the twentieth century in the service of the Crespi family, two cooks, two servants, a maid, two coachmen, two governesses, a nurse and a porter worked in the castle.

Inside, the spaces included forty-four rooms and three balconies overlooking the large and spectacular central square atrium.

The furnishings of the castle were made in the factory's carpentry workshops.
