Ganesh Himal is a beautiful mountain range which can be seen from Kathmandu, if the weather is clear.
In the Ganesh Himal Range, there are four peaks above 7,000 m: Yangra (Ganesh I/Main/NE) (7,422 m), Ganesh II/NW (7,118 m), Salasunga (Ganesh III/SE) (7,043 m) and Pabil (Ganesh IV/SW) (7,104 m). Ganesh in northwest is exceptional in its steep rise above local terrain.
