Not really recommended for cyclists. Lots of traffic, hardly any stopping possibilities, just a few distant views, a narrow street, after the lower moderate climb it becomes quite permanently steep (18%).
The detour around Tarvisio on the railway path to Kranjska Gora should be much better.
