    A great single trail round trip in the west of the island. The well-designed, very varied trails run through pine forests and partly heath-like dune landscapes, with 3-4 very short but crisp climbs, berms, a handful of jumps, drops (2 of them not even small) and even simple wooden elements. Almost everyone gets their money's worth here. Because even with reasonably fit children you can have fun here, because you can avoid all the slightly challenging things.
    Experienced downhillers will certainly find fewer challenges, but the great nature and the very varied route will ensure an entertaining experience even here.
    You can either pack the route directly into an approx. 9 km round tour, which you can then drive as often as you like, or easily combine it, even with a Texel tour.
    As so often in the Netherlands, everything is excellently signposted, so you don't even have to look at Komoot.
    An absolute recommendation from me if you are on the island with a MTB.
