The land that this viewpoint is on was first gifted to the National Trust just over 100 years ago by Leopold Salomon. Nicknamed the 'Lung of London' due to its use as an escape from the city's smog at the start of the 20th century. Visitors are treated to breathtaking views over the South Downs.
