At this point, three paths separated. I wanted to visit the monastery ruins. The sign shows the slope down into the Hallerbach. 200 metres.
All roads led to nothing. I could see the chapel through the bare branches of the trees. But it does NOT lead directly there. In addition, lies in between the Pommerbach.
You come to the ruins of Binningen. Through the Pommerbachtal. This should also be the more attractive route. Because this route is maintained and is consistently marked with a white P.

This path is the entrance to the monastery ruin Rosenthal from Wirfus. When you come to the fork in the Hallerbachtal, you can take the middle or left path. The two paths converge and you then come to the meadow of the monastery ruins.
