On this stretch of the trail you are standing above the large quarry of the Freiburg Münsterbauhütte, which is surrounded by boundary stones on the slope side, which have the characteristic cleft cross of the Münsterbauhütte. Directly above, the hiking trail leads past two boundary stones, the one on the right is the older of the two.
