Hiking

This old copper mine is next to the road, in the middle of the beech forest that covers the slopes of the Hoya de Huidobro, the sinkholes and mouths of the Expectativa mine are easily located. Most of the galleries are flooded and it is not possible to circulate through them and those that are visible are small cavities excavated in the rock where the blue and greenish azurites can be clearly seen. They were abandoned in the 1960s.
