The stone egg was built on a voluntary basis by Mr. Klaus Waldbüßer between July 2020 and December 2020 in around 350 hours of work.
Each stone was worked with a hammer and chisel and then placed without mortar or glue (just underlaid).
The weight is approx. 4 tons.
This stone egg previously stood on the Buga site in Heilbronn. There it was transported away and rebuilt stone by stone in the community forest.
He deserves respect.

Hiking

The Steinei was built between July 2020 and December 2020 in approx. 350 hours of voluntary work by Klaus Waldbüßer. The egg was originally and first exhibited at the BUGA in 2019, held in Heilbronn, and moved to this new location the following year, stone by stone. Respect for this voluntary effort.
