Balaton - a recreation and relaxation center in Sosnowiec Porąbka (actually in Zawodzie), the main element of which is the Balaton pond with an area of about 10 hectares surrounded by forests. An anthropogenic reservoir formed in a hollow after the clay material was excavated. In the years 1994-2002 the average speed of subsidence was 80 mm / year.
A place eagerly visited by the inhabitants of the city in the summer season.
