Tips
The Schleiwanderweg is especially pretty. Partly he walks along the top of the steep bank, then it goes down to beach level again. On the way, 2- and 4-legged bikers find refreshment at a number of small swimming areas with mini-sandy beaches. So think of bathing clothes in the summer. There are also plenty of nice picnic spots with wonderful views over the Schlei.

Very nice way always along the Schlei shore. The last part goes through the reeds, which continues to grow together and the path is quite muddy. So long pants and sturdy shoes are appropriate.
