La Maison aux Abeilles, designed by Christiane and Adolf Vollmer, is a haven of peace in the heart of the forest in La Thuillière, near Auberive (Haute-Marne department, Grand Est region). Highly recommended as a place to stay for pilgrims coming from Langres who don't want to spend a fortune on a room at the Palais Abbatial in Auberive 😉
Christiane is a kind-hearted hostess and offers pretty and lovingly designed guest rooms for €35 per person. including dinner and rich breakfast with family connection.
