Nice track in the middle of the Camargue. Pleasant and feeling of loneliness at the end of the world out of season.

Can all vehicles have access to Beauduc beaches?

To access the beaches of Beauduc, vehicles cross the Etangs et Marais des Salins de Camargue site using several kilometers of track. A width template is placed at the main entrance to the site in the North-East, near the Belvédère de Tourvieille.

Access to motorized vehicles is therefore reserved for vehicles with a width of less than 2.08m.

A municipal decree of May 15, 2013 prohibits access to Beauduc to all quads and motocross bikes. This is why a natural parking area is present near the beach to accommodate motorized vehicles.

If you see certain motorized vehicles in the Public Maritime Domain, this may be normal. They belong to professional fishermen as part of their activity or to kitesurfing schools.

Dogs are allowed on the beach provided they are kept on a leash.

In the Pointe de Beauduc sector, access on foot, by bike or on horseback is authorized for the day. Riders are authorized to circulate on the site except on the Digue à la Mer and at the Pointe de Beauduc, between April 1 and September 30 (Prefectural biotope protection order of September 30, 2013).
