The burial mound Maglehøje on the Bakkebjerg just east of Rågeleje, is one of the most beautiful and best-preserved complex in a protected area.

Originally there were 34 burial mounds. Of these, 11 are still left and several of them are between 7-8 meters high. The burial mounds date from the older and more recent Bronze Age (1700-1000 BC).
