The Innerste Cycle Path runs over 105 bicycle kilometers from the Upper Harz to the Leinetal and opens up impressive landscape, nature and culture experiences. It connects the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in the Harz and in Hildesheim.
From the source to the mouth of the Innerste-Radweg runs mostly wasserässerah and allows varied views of the river with its demolition edges, gravel islands, impact and Gleitufern, plants and animals.

The bike path is paved, but quite narrow. Since pedestrians also like to use it, it is often tight with oncoming traffic.
