Tips
You can ride this beautiful trail from Wildemann (above the bike path / railway embankment) to the Osterfeuerplatz above Lautenthal for around 7 km. It's a little downhill. Every now and then there are roots and tight spots, but highly recommended.

Beautiful and long trail along the former art trench, remains constant at an altitude of 350 - 370 m, since mid May 2020 (after a strong wind break) it can be used again along its entire length
