The Remigius Church is a striking place in the Nagold cemetery.

This historic church is based on a foundation from the year 720. Burials have probably been carried out in the vicinity of today's Remigiuskirche since the 8th century.

Hiking

The Regimiuskirche is the oldest building and the original church in Nagold. It was built on the foundations of a Roman farm building. The frescoes from 1320 in the nave show a cycle from the youth of Christ and a cycle from the passion. After archaeological investigations and extensive renovations, the Remigius Church was reopened as a Protestant parish church in 1965 and is located in the Nagold Cemetery.
