The hiker-friendly nature reserve Vambåsa Hagmarker is located in a well-kept estate landscape. The valuable rangeland is home to many plant and animal species and is home to many prehistoric sites. The Hjortahammar burial ground is the best known of these.
Vambåsa Hagmarker consists of two parts. One is between the E22 and Stora Vambåsa Gård. The other area is further south along the coast and borders the road to Almö. In this southern part there is a bird tower from which you can observe the bird life of the adjacent wetland.
