This monument, erected in 1946, pays tribute to the resistance fighters of the Libé-Nord movement who fought against the Nazis during the Second World War. You can also discover the natural site of Montaigu, where there are the remains of an ancient Gallo-Roman oppidum and a medieval castle destroyed in 1420. The hiking trail starts from the La Fontaine site and follows the old castle ditches . From the top of the hill, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Champagne plain.
