Matagne-la-Petite (in Walloon Matagne-li-Ptite) is a section of the Belgian municipality of Doische located in the Walloon Region in the province of Namur.

It was a municipality in its own right before the merger of municipalities in 1977.

Bounded to the north by Sart-en-Fagne, to the east by Romerée, to the south by Treignes and to the west by Matagne-la-Grande. The commune had 222 inhabitants in 1976, on the eve of the mergers of communes.
