The church of Hermeton-sur-Meuse, dedicated to Saint Remi, is a neo-Romanesque building built in 1911 and repainted around 1967 as well as in 2006. It replaces the old 17th century church which was a little higher in the middle of the cemetery and which was demolished. The rectory dates from 1909 but was restored after the First World War.

The church of Hermeton-sur-Meuse is an interesting starting point for walks in the region. It is located in a village where the Hermeton River flows into the Maas. The church itself was built in the Romanesque Meuse style in the 11th century. It is a neo-Romanesque building that was built around 1913 and later repainted around 1967. The Hermeton Valley is known for its wild nature and the hiking trails that run through it, some of the trails can be adventurous and require the assistance of ropes.
