The Dreisamufer cycle path not only takes you all the way through Freiburg from west to east without traffic lights, but also leads further out into the Kirchzart basin, perfectly paved and picturesquely situated on the riverbank. At the weekend and sometimes also during the week when the weather is nice, you sometimes have to slow down a bit, because family hikers, joggers, inline skaters, longboarders and many others like to use the path.
