The path leaves the forest, the pines disappear and the vegetation becomes a resistant cover of bearberry, broom and mountain scrub with some daring and solitary pine that defies the inclemencies of the peaks. The first of the Seven Peaks is popularly known as Somontano and is the highest, at 2,138 meters above sea level. The geodesic vertex is in the pingorota of the highest rock of the cliff. Under normal conditions, without ice, snow or rain, the summit can be accessed without difficulty with ease and agility through the blocks on the east face. It is not accessible from all sides, so it is important to go up and down in the same place. Be careful with children, as there are a couple of steps where they may need the help of an adult. The route surrounds the peak to the right and begins an entertaining mountain journey between cliffs, passageways, boulders and small climbs.
