Sagenraintobel Waterfalls

Kudos to the bridge builders in the upper part of the path.
The entire route is in very good condition thanks to the people who maintain the route.

The Sagenraintobel is located where the Tösstal slopes down to Lake Zurich. The elongated incision is a soul landscape in which it is wonderful to stroll along the streams.
The Sagenraintobel is such a soul landscape. It is located in the south-eastern corner of the canton of Zurich, where the Tösstal area slowly slopes down to Lake Zurich. The elongated incision stretches from the last houses of Wald in a north-easterly direction and is traversed by the Schmittenbach. The actual, wooded valley is not long, maybe three kilometers, but that's enough to relax. And that's exactly what you need in the approaching dark season with its own challenges.
