At the end of 2008, the Bund Naturschutz set up a viewing pulpit on the dam between the ponds, from which one can easily observe life on the large water surfaces. From this bird viewing tower you have a very nice overview of both ponds. In addition to the view, there is also a blog where you can register. With patience and binoculars, you can observe many of the 60 different bird species identified by the BUND.
